Steve Bartlett is an award-winning Hospitality Executive whose career spans more than three decades, the majority of which have been comprised of senior management roles. Steve has held positions across North America, giving him a wide range of experience in a variety of communities and cultures. Having worked as Global Account Director for both IHG and Radisson Hotels Americas, Steve has experience with two of the most respected brands in the hospitality industry, through which he cultivated the skills to maneuver the industry internationally with both clients and colleagues.

Steve graduated with honours from the University of Guelph, with a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Following his university education, he completed certification on the Fundamentals of Management Consulting and on the Ethical Behaviour of Management Consultants, from the Certified Management Consultants Institute. In 2022, Steve became a Hospitality Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through the Aveda Institute.

Driven by his passion for the industry, Steve founded Travality Consulting Inc., which specializes in Travel and Hospitality. The primary focus of Travality is increase profitability for his clients through increased revenues, enhancing the guest experience, operational efficiency and cost control.

During his time in Global Sales, Steve successfully managed portfolios with revenues between $10-$150 million dollars. His accounts included top global Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Walmart, Shell Oil, Oracle, Salesforce and Novartis. He grew revenue every year by understanding the needs of his clients and their travelers, as well as developing plans and programs specifically tailored to each clients’ needs.

Furthermore, over his 30+ year career, Steve had the opportunity to work on-property as a Senior Executive for a variety of hotels, including Delta Hotels by Marriott, Radisson Hotels Americas (formerly Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group), Silverbirch Hotels and CanadInns. He successfully grew each hotel’s guest experience scores by focusing on the wants and needs of the guest. Through a plethora of education and experience, Steve brings a specialized touch to the industry that only comes through time and care.
